Gary L. Allen. C.B.A., C.R.E.B., C.B.O.A.Has more than 30 years experience as a business broker and business appraiser. He was an EVP and owner of United Business Investments, as well as a VP of V.R. Business Brokers prior to founding ABI in 1984. He has appraised more than 700 businesses and participated in more than 1000 transactions. Both the IBBA and CABB certify him as an instructor for courses having to do with business valuation, financial analysis and the principles of business brokerage, as well as California Probate Referees. He is approved as an expert witness in business valuation by the superior courts of California and United States bankruptcy courts. In addition he has authored several books and articles pertaining to the evaluation of small and medium-sized businesses.
James H (Jim) LangBegan his professional career in sales with a major insurance company working his way up to regional sales manager covering a territory of fifty thousand square miles and including over two hundred independent offices. He worked extensively with business owners as a business specialist. Jim became licensed as a Realtor in 1986 and in 1990 opened his own office as a broker building it up to a gross annual income of over three million dollars. He currently owns two businesses, and joined ABI in 2000. Jim is ABI's expert in real property transactions, and is ABI's 'Central Valley Office.' Jim was educated through the Masters level at the University of California Santa Barbara and Fresno State University. He has been active in community service and musical theater.

Dr. Reynolds has been a key advisor in the approval process for scores of major projects involving capital investments from a few million dollars to as high as a billion dollars. He has taught courses in finance and investment analysis to corporate middle managers and project managers. Dr. Reynolds taught Finance and Economics for Saint Mary's College, School of Continuing Education from 1999 until 2005.
